Easy Vegan Chocolate Ice Cream

2 minute vegan ice cream!

We all have those nights where we’re just craving something sweet and we open the pantry (or the freezer) and find that the dreaded moment has come – THERE IS NO DESSERT IN THE HOUSE!


This is the perfect solution to nights like that! It’s quick, it’s easy, it only takes 3 ingredients, and it’s super tasty!


ingredients:

1 frozen banana (let thaw at room temperature for a few minutes so it’s easier to blend)

2 TBSP almond butter

2 TBSP cocoa powder


directions:

Add all ingredients to a mixing bowl and with either a stand mixer or a handheld, mix on medium power until smooth (about 2 minutes)
Either serve immediately, or put it in the freezer until you’re ready to eat it!

caramel sauce and sea salt
